dear pennsylvania,
don't you dare vote republican. a vote for the republicans is a vote for a campaign that is driven by using and feeding hatred of race, difference, otherness. plus as a bonus if you look at the republican platform (and john mccain's scornful words) - women.
they are exploiting your fear. "he's not who you think he is" - a confused message but one that ultimately leads the target audience to the worst of their fears; the ones that the republicans have been stoking.
so vote positive. vote for hope. for change (as cliched and co-opted and unspecific as that sounds now). thanks pennsylvania. i know you can do it!

thanks to the sharp guillotines at the astor place kinkos we now have the covers for our new tour ep. a limited edition of 100 copies will be available at all our upcoming shows. thanks also to the nice porno dvd guy who let us use the guillotines. according to pidg, the dood assured us kinkos is the best price for color copying. so it's 2 for 5 from him. how does he make them that cheap? see you in sf!!! xolupe

dang! we're here at the venue/hotel (all in one, you really can't believe how nice it is to step from your room down a few steps and around a corner to where you're playing. vertical integration to the max!), retro. daniel and josef met us a the bus station (touring sweden by bus is fun!) and we settled down here. so nice to be stationary for a little. erik came by for an interview for student radio. and now lupe is sleeping over there. thinking about what to play for the show... thinking about breakfast tomorrow! and sleeping a little later!
